Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FormForm's adaptive briefing platform, a product of Octatech Design SRL ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

FormForm provides an adaptive professional briefing system for residential architecture. The platform facilitates structured conversations between architects and clients to create comprehensive project briefs.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon subscription and will automatically renew unless canceled. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For our full refund policy, please see our Refund Policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

The FormForm platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Octatech Design SRL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Briefs generated through the platform belong to you. However, we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octatech Design SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Professional Advice

FormForm provides tools to facilitate briefing conversations. It does not replace professional architectural judgment or advice. Users are responsible for their own professional decisions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
