At Octatech, operating as FormForm, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscription purchases.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, refunds, and tax compliance on our behalf.

3. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all features of your chosen plan
  • You can cancel at any time with no charge
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your first subscription period

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • Service Not as Described: If the Service does not match its description in a material way

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service after the trial period
  • Failure to cancel before the end of a billing period
  • Partial billing periods (you retain access until the end of your paid period)
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

  • Through your Paddle customer portal (accessible via your account settings)

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by Paddle, it typically takes:

  • 5-10 business days for credit card refunds
  • Up to 30 days for PayPal or other payment methods

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your FormForm account settings (Billing page)
  • The Paddle customer portal
  • Contacting us at hello@formform.net

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining time in the current period.
